The Affiliate Program Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of affiliate programs, including Cyber2&#8242;s relations with advertising networks, advertisers, and publishers. He/she will work closely with Cyber2&#8242;s Marketing Team to ensure maximum effectiveness of the affiliate programs.</p>
<p><strong>Strategy &amp; Planning</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Establish channels of communication to ensure all publishers have access to marketing tools including banner ads, text links, &amp; interactive advertisements and to develop custom marketing material as required.</li>
<li>Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonus offers.</li>
<li>Develop annual affiliate campaign calendar and rollout plans.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Acquisition &amp; Deployment</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.</li>
<li>Identify and implement opportunities to enhance affiliate program, new growth opportunities and optimize ROI.</li>
<li>Recruit new affiliates, joint venture partners, and strategic partners. Oversee the development and distribution of marketing tools to affiliates.</li>
<li>Work with internal development team to update and enhance affiliate tracking methods as necessary.</li>
<li>Monitor existing publishers marketing methods to make sure they are compliant with each program&#8217;s terms of service and other guidelines.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Operational Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Represent Cyber2 and related clients at all affiliate marketing related trade shows.</li>
<li>Manage top tier accounts and develop affiliate contact management strategy.</li>
<li>Manage internal stakeholder communications (cross departmental meetings).</li>
<li>Communicate and monitor Cyber2 brand guidelines in the affiliate channel.</li>
<li>Oversee daily affiliate management including ongoing development and deployment of fresh marketing creatives, affiliate communications such as newsletters and blog posts, offers, affiliate payments, and dispute resolution.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Must be an excellent creative writer &#8212; able to educate while also being engaging; writing sample required. Minimum of 3 years affiliate marketing experience, preferably online.</li>
<li>Must be outgoing and engaging &#8212; able to represent the company enthusiastically both offline and online.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills.</li>
<li>Candidate must have strong analytical and presentation skills, be detail oriented and a self-starter.</li>

<p>Your responsibilities will primarily consist of front-end develpment (HTML/CSS) of WordPress sites and some site administration/maintenance. We&#8217;re looking for self-motivated, detail-oriented types who are excited to learn and expand their skill set. <p>With any luck, readers may not recall our previous design. Our new look will provide faster navigation and a cleaner aesthetic to our clients. The SEO team demonstrated visible relief at the launch of the new landing page, referring to Cyber2Media&#8217;s previous web presence as &#8220;shameful&#8221;, &#8220;James-Bond-like&#8221;, and &#8220;almost medieval.&#8221;</p>
<p>Future improvements to the site are forthcoming, including client reviews, blog posts, affiliate endorsements, and support ticketing for our existing customers. The most anticipated feature is our employee bios section, the nature of which is currently the source of much heated discussion. </p>
<p>As the Cyber2Media team grows, we will also continue to post corporate announcements and related news. We even have fun content planned for our loyal blog followers, so check back soon and let us know in the comments what you think of the new site design. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We are proud to announce a momentous event in our company&#8217;s growth. One of our Web Developers has increased his RAM by over 25%. In a bold and decisive move, Jon acquired a 1GB DIMM and personally took the initiative to improve his work environment. </p>
<p>Jon&#8217;s surprise announcement came during the morning Scrum meeting, with the unanimous support of his co-workers. This prompted the Cyber2Media Director of Operations to pose a number of questions about the origin of the 1GB stick. Jon refused to comment on the source of his new found upgrade, prompting a brief but inconclusive interrogation. In a private interview, Jon later revealed he acquired the RAM from a fellow developer through legitimate channels. This was later confirmed, though the original source of the DIMM stick asked to remain anonymous. Further investigation in this matter has currently been suspended.</p>
<p>Jon proudly announced during the scrum meeting that he &#8220;did it himself&#8221;, prompting a wave of initial disbelief. Skepticism was quickly replaced by admiration as other employees called attention to the developer&#8217;s apparent lack of physical or emotional injury &#8211; uncommon for in-house hardware upgrades. Following the Scrum meeting, Cyber2Media employees were briefly polled on the impact Jon&#8217;s upgrade will make in the workplace. 91% of Jon&#8217;s coworkers expect that he will now be able to browse stock photos of his favorite models with more efficiency, now allowing him ample time to complete his assigned tasks. </p>
<p>When questioned about further upgrades for other employees, the Director of Operations declined to comment.</p>

<p>The Cyber2Media team consists of two distinct halves, which we call the &#8220;front office&#8221; and the &#8220;back office&#8221;. Even though our office is divided into two physical locations, we&#8217;re in constant communication through IM and email. </p>
<p>The Cyber2Media front office consists of the content generation, SEO, and QA team &#8211; a triple threat of website improvement and keyword optimization.
